Anything can be dis-assembled. the question is just whether you can ever put it back together again afterwards. I would say the whole assy. needs to be changed.

Yes one can change out the front wheel bearings in a Saturn L300, the bearings are sold as discrete separate components. If you dont have access to a hydralic press you will need to take the assembly to a machine shop to have them taken apart then new ones pressed back in. It is not a simple job as with tapered bearings on older vehicles.
