should I bye a 1998 with 98000 miles on it or should i by the 2005 with 140000 miles on it what is the better deal both want 3200$$

Depends on how well each was taken care of. Personally I'd run a Carfax on both. Look for accidents, multiple owners, and service histories. Both have reasonable mileage for their ages. The '05 is a little higher than the '98 but still on par. HTH. -Jim
