I already removed my catalytic converters and i can see through them. How do you you know they are plugged up when you look at them when they are off the vehicle. If it is not my cats what else could

Don't know what type of problem you are having. If it is high exhaust back pressure it could be a collapsed muffler or even an exhaust pipe internal blockage.
