what area of the country are you from? if you are in a cold climate could be frozen. if you are in a warm climate could be a fuse, pump, broken line, broken nozzle. is there a puddle underneath your vehicle after you hold it for 10 seconds?

check hoses going to windshield wipers, they could be cracked or broken into.
