98 sabb 900 srs turbo wont turn over .i change the head gasket

Why won't my 98 sabb 900 turbo won't turn
over .the car over heated and blew head
gasket and had water in oil...I change the
head gasket and new oil filter and new oil .it
won't turn over

Did the engine rotate easy when you rebuilt the head and set the timing? (seized) OR do you mean NO power to the starter and NO engine rotation?
