Stalling problem for 96 jeep grand Cherokee 4.0

Asked by Jul 22, 2016 at 09:16 AM about the Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Trying to figure out why my jeep keeps stalling out?
I've replaced the coil, plugs/wires, crankshaft
positioning sensor, distributor/cap/button, air filter.
Still stalls! I'm thinking the computer is going bad
because I shook the wiring harness and it stalled out.
And I can press down on the computer and it stalls, but
not all the time.

Sounds like the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid is bad.
