2004 jeep grand cherokee stops runing going down road and will not start back for a few mins

possible that your fuel pump is going bad. when it dies, and you try to start it, can you hear the fuel pump cycle when you turn the key on without starting the car?

My Jeep would do that, replaced both the crank and cam sensors cause they are both high fail items, problem went away.
