I have a 2004 jeep cherokee v6 and its sounds like it wants to start up but won't. .ive got 12v5on my battrty and my starter is a year old...my air filter is dirty would that cause it not to start?

Your air filter would have to be really dirty but it could be the problem.

It not to star?
