my overflow tank has mixed water coolant (frozen) my truck ran hot on the way home from work, also my heater has stopped working what should I do.. I have to be to work in 2 hours..help!

You don' have enough antifreeze in it. You have more water than antifreeze and it is letting it freeze up. CHANGE IMMEDIATELY!! This can freeze the engine block and bust it.
