I hope that you have 2 keys because you will need a good key to program a new one. Does it start and cut off after a couple seconds or does it just crank without starting? If you are feeling lucky and you want to do a "Hail Mary" pass (as in football) ... disconnect the + terminal from the battery for about 30 seconds ... then reconnect it and try again. I don't know if that unit has a small battery in it ... the cover should come off the key but I suspect even if it does ... once most Cmos battery's die ,,, the program goes with it
