Tail light has 69 on it My question is did this car come equiped with a 455 4bbl BB and if so what would the HP rating have been ?

The 455 was not available in 69 or 70. The largest engine available was the 428 with 370hp. The "J" model came stock with the 400 cu.in. engine.
