You must check everything- how do you know it's the relay?- most often when a horn is inop- it is the switch on the steering wheel

    The steering wheel will not lock causing the ignition not to turn. Have tried moving the wheel back and forth and it doesn't help.

    Car will crank but will not start. Fuel pump ok, all fuses are fine, coil pack are good, Security light is solid not blinking like other posting.
