why does the fuel pump look different on the website from the one Autozone wants to sell me? Also why is it cheaper on the website than at Autozone and Pepboys?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

The website asks for the make model, year ,and motor size.  I'm confused.

Sometimes the pictures online are stock photos and not the exact part. Online prices are sometimes cheaper due to less handling and coming out of a warehouse. But watch for shipping charges. If there is an issue with the online part, you have to ship it back and deal with time and hassle. Buy it at Autozone and you go right back and it's warrantied. So you pay extra for convience. Your choice.
