No Click No Start

My 95-96 Cutlass Supreme 3.4L v6 won't start. I
wonder if its just too cold but was colder this
morning. I tried to start and all dash lights turn on
like normal. Checked battery and that's fine,
checked connections including found wire,
checked solenoid. I turned all accessories on it
runs at full and headlights are as bright at normal
from what I can tell. Turn key, has a delayed loud
click. Fuel pump engages as well. Is it maybe a
frozen starter?

Try tapping on the starter with a hammer. If it starts up, the starter is definitely bad. If not, move the shifter through all the gears a few times quickly. Try to start it in both park, then neutral. If it then starts it's the neutral safety switch. HTH. -Jim
