car been sitting in garage for 3 years without starting now it aint working

Fuel sitting that long will need to drained and you will need to add new fuel. Change the fuel filter too. I would not start the car until you did this, but you already did. Check the battery that it has enough power to start the car.. Drain the oil and other fluids as well.
