Mitsubishi 1998 lancer glxi 4g93 shuts off when coming to a stop when putting in neutral

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

when I start it drives fine for 2 mins until
warmed up then when I put car in nuetral
or hold clutch in for too long when
changing gear it shuts off and the batterie
light comes on followed by oil light please
help

I disconnected the batterie it was running fine before then started cutting out when coming to a stop
