There's someone who has problems with the shift
box or transmission on porche cayenne ?

I think you may be referring to the well known Transfer Case issue in 2011 and newer Cayennes. This is a good message thread to read, along with others in this forum: rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-958-2011-2018/986001-transfer-case.html
