I wouldn't, brake clean leaves a residue that can damage sensors, there is a cleaner that is called mass airflow sensor cleaner, it works good and no residue, if your mas air flow sensor is a hot wire type wait until it is cold before cleaning or you will wreck it. A small brass brush can really help with the throttle body cleaning.

The only thing you should EVER use on a MAF sensor is MAF cleaner, anything else and you'll be buying a new MAF sensor sooner than later.
