5-Passenger Luxury SUV - About the size of an Outback

I currently have a 2011 Subaru Outback.  One of the features I love about the outback is the second row seating is very roomy, while still providing quite a lot of storage room in the back.  I am now in the market for a luxury SUV (will still keep the Outback) that is about the same size as the Outback.  The challenge I'm running into is the second row of seat in most of the luxury "Mid-sized" SUVs do not appear to be full-size, comfortable seats, probablly because the made to fold down.  There also does not appear to be much second row leg room on many of these mid-size SUV's.  Most of these are considered "5 Passenger" SUV's.  When I look at the "full-size" SUV's, they all have 3 rows of seats, which is overkill for us.  They're just a little too big.  Any advice on a luxury 5-passenger SUV that has a roomy second row both in terms of seating and foot space.  Thank you for your feedback.
