I have a 97 Subaru Outback. After driving today, I noticed a buzzing noise coming from under the hood after the car was turned off. It is coming from what appears to be a small electric motor just behind the passenger side headlight. Four hours later and it is still buzzing. How can I fix it or make it stop?

do you have keyless entry? sometimes the buzzer or blipper or whatever you call it will short out and malfunction.
