i have a 89 acura legend an it blows white smoke what is it
It's a probably a bad head gasket allowing antifreeze to blow by. It is probably in your oil too. Possible intake gasket....not sure if that could be on your car. I don't work on them much.
Check to see if your oil is overfull and kinda milky looking.
I have done replace the gasket What else could it be
On one of my cars, a few years back, the head gaskets were bad and the heads had cracked allowing antifreeze to blow out the exhaust and into oil. I replaced the engine as it had 120,000 on it already
If you replaced the gasket and it still blows white smoke? Either the gasket job wasn't done correctly, or you have a warped or cracked engine head. Did you drain the oil and do an oil change after the work?
