can i get a dual catback exhaust on my 2.5 non turbo legacy n how much gain will i
get if i comebine it with cold air intake? can anyone help with this when i shift
from 1 to 2nd @ 4000rps the dial hangs there for a sec n does not have a smooth
drop like during other gears.
yes but you would probably have to have it custom built by a muffler shop depending on the year you have. you won't see more than a few HP, probably 10 max unless you add more fuel (through fuel tuning such as a SAFC and a wide band air/fuel ratio gague) if you want good power gains from an intake and exhaust you need to add fuel too otherwise you may even lean out your air/fuel ratio to the point you ruin your engine. as far as the dial goes that's just something the dial does probably so there's not much you can do about it except maybe replace the gague. The only prebuilt dual exhausts I am finding are for 05 and newer model years and to be honest on that car if you did a single exit 2.5 inch exhaust you would be just as well off. if you want some good sites though let me know.
