I have a 2000 mercury grand marquis. Have headlights. No tail lights or signal lights. All fuses and relays are new. All bulbs are new. Can anyone help.

This question comes up over and over. the Lighting Control Module (LCM) is a factory defect that was never recalled. Sometimes Ford will re- pay you for repair. Try googling it, also EBAY. Several people rebuild these, exchange.It's down near the bottom of the steering column.
