wipers will not park?
Not really sure on why wipers need to park but if not working check the relay fuse on the panel under your dashboard on the driver side of the car an see if its blown out.
Usually the failure is within the Wiper Motor. What year is your vehicle? Generally, one of the switches within the wiper motor has failed.
tracy is right on. motors are very common. as far as mark goes apparently he has never used wiper blades? they need to park so they don't stop at random spots on your windshield.
