That would be SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) trouble code 12. If your local Ford Dealer can't fix it because of the vehicle's age, ignore it. But keep in mind that the airbag will NOT deploy, even in a collision. If you're not familiar with this system please don't try to fix it yourself! An accidental airbag deployment can kill you!!
