2000 Ford windstar heat problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When my car is up to temp, the heat coming from
the defrost vents is barely luke warm.  When you
switch it to the vents on front of dash (people, or
face or whatever you call them) it is warmer but
still not hot like it should be.  Any suggestions of
what to check?
