ford taurus power windows inop have replaced mastert switch

I have a 01 ford Taurus power windows inop I've replaced the master switch I have power and ground at master switch I can roll up and down all four windows buy powering and grounding the moter wires at each switch connecter the auto down relay clicks continuously while doing the drivers window though could the gem module cause this problem

I found two broken wires between the drivers door and the body you have to cut open the rubber boot to get to the wires
