Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 ford f 250 diesel. My
heater isn't working. The coolant is
full, the hoses are hot and I just put a
new thermostat switch in the dash.
What else can I try?

It could be the STAT stuck open and water cannot stay in the block long enough to get warm. As a test try putting some cardboard in fron of the radiator just to restrict air flow and see if things start warming up. Did one just this morning BOB LECH
