i have a 93 f250 trans is bad i have a c 6 1970's i need to know if i can inter change the trans and what other mods i would have to make any help would be appiceated

A 70's C6 is not a computer controlled transmission and the converter is a different size, so you will have to find a ring gear the will work on both the engine a trans, then you will have to have the ECM reprogrammed to operate without the trans inputs and outputs, then you will have to redo the drive-line yokes and possible change the length and make some mounts, I cant remember if a 93 has as speedo cable or not so be aware that you might have to modify the sensor for the speedo. It will be a challenge.
