How do I improve my gas mpg's

Have a 1995 Ford F 150 4x4 302, it gets 9 mpg's what can I do to improve it ?

Not a whole lot other than keeping up with maintenance, oil changes, the engine tuned, and keeping the air filter clean, keeping the proper air pressure in the tires. You may gain some mileage if you add a cold air intake from K&N products.
