window isn't working on ford explorer

we've had electrical problems with this vehicle. this morning the wife said the
window went down by it self and won't go back up. it's below zero where we
live.

Try this: turn the key on, open the door that has the problem, hold the up button as you slam the door, hopefully it will cause the window to go up, then disable windows until you have time to dig into the master switch assembly. If it doesn't go up then you will have to remove the door panel unplug the motor and jump it to make the window go up. HTH
