Oil pressure light came and shortly after at 45 miles mph went dead and will not start
Is the engine locked up?

It turns over, act like will little help until we ran battery down
OK, Check the oil level, hopefully you've changed it regularly. Add if necessary. Use a pair of jumper cables, connect them properly, and allow to sit for a couple of minutes. Turn off everything electrical. Try to start.
