Is the engine locked up?

15,410

Sounds like you seized the engine. If so, it's a goner. If you turn the key, will it turn over as normal? If not, time for a replacement.

It turns over, act like will little help until we ran battery down

OK, Check the oil level, hopefully you've changed it regularly. Add if necessary. Use a pair of jumper cables, connect them properly, and allow to sit for a couple of minutes. Turn off everything electrical. Try to start.
