Obvious, use the proper key. Ford vehicles use both an active and passive antitheft system. The passive system uses an ignition key embedded with a transponder chip that signals the engine to start which cannot be altered by anyone other than a licensed dealership. If you lost your only key, you need to have one cut and programmed to the vehicle. Have a dealer, mechanic or locksmith help with that as you need special equipment.

The active system or factory alarm can be disabled, instructions can be found on the internet by searching and will use your already programmed key fob and or transponder key.
