I think it need spot plugs and wire cause when I start in the morning I don't want to pull back up and it take long time to change gear

YOU ARE AT THE FIRST STAGE OF TRANNY PROBLEMS.SOME TIMES A SIMPLE TRANNY FLUSH WILL FIX THE PROBLEM
