air con not working

is this just a need for coolant? and if so,where can i get this?

take it to a shop that works on ac ,have it vacumed down to see if it holds a vac if not you have a leak,o rings go bad after time causing a leak,is a quick fix and not very expenive to fix.what is going to cost is the R 134A to charge it back up,usually takes 3 cans to fill and is about $10.00 a can.
