cannot fold rear passenger side seat ...how can i fix ??

cannot fold rear seat down.....worked ok until now. can I fix ??

try and lube the assemby and work it..or is the button/latch broken???

unable to move the latch. how do i find where to lube?? it worked a few days ago... thanks joe
