2012 ford escape xlt cd player says full push eject it makes quick clicking sounds can this be a fuse

CD player reads full. just makes repeated clicking sound can this be a
fuse. Just  bought vehicle 2 weeks ago bought extended warranty
comprehensive warranty  purchased would this cover a new player if
needed. We are in Ontario, canada

Not the fuse, probably a broken mechanism inside the player itself. Is it covered? Possibly not, call the warranty company to verify as each policy is different.
