will rim from Toyota AWD 2000  325/70/16  fit on my Ford Escape AWD 2010
that has 225/75/16 on it?

The Toyota 4WD rims are 6 lug, where the Escape uses a 5 lug pattern, so No. Toyota 2WD trucks in 2000 used a 5 lug similar to the escape. Those Tires sizes are drastically different in size and will not swap.
