my van will just shut of when I stop

THIS JUST STARTED HAPPING WHEN THE WEATHER TURNED COLD. I
HAVE A 2002 FORD E350 DEDICATED CNG. THE VAN WILL START JUST
FINE BUT WHEN THE RPM DROPS UNDER 1 IT SHUTS OFF. THIS
HAPPENS GOING AROUND CORNERS OR WHEN STOPPING IN
TRAFFIC  OR AT A STOP LIGHT. IT ALWAYS STARS RIGHT BACK UP  
BUT NEED HELP FIXING IT. RIGHT NOW I JUST KEEP MY FOOT ON
THE THROTTLE SLITY AND MY OTHER FOOT ON THE BRACK PEDAL.

if check engine light is on, scan it and post code, to many possibilities.

so the temp when above freezing today and I didn't have any problems this morning can anyone help with this I know it will happen again when the temp drops :(
