2003 ford e150 abs module not working after rebuilt twice.

have a 2003 ford e150 van , the abs motor is still running after key is out of van. I have to unplug the fuse to stop it from running, ive sent abs module out twice already to be rebuilt spending a lot of money and it still doesn't work when I plug it back in in put fuse in it still runs, not sure what else it could be, also if anyone knows where I could get a wiring diagram for it as well. help not sure what else to do.

Have you replaced the ABS motor relay? If could be stuck closed, I have had this happen on a couple of makes of vehicles.
