Its your Cam Shaft Speed sensor. Your van is now in default mode. There is a small magnet that came loose. They were made in Mexico and only glued down with a super glue type substance (the magnet) I have a 1999 E150. The magnet came loose, attached itself elsewhere inside the sensor cover.
