How do I take the assessory meter out of the overhead unit on a 2009 Toyota tacoma

The outside temperature gauge and compass are housed in this unit. They are not working I read in your forum that I need to take the unit out and resolder a piece which is called the 510 back on the circuit board. This applies to a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. I'm wanting to know how I take this plastic unit out with out breaking or scratching anything
