I'm buying a 2011 crew cab tocoma in a few days. I want to put some new tires on it. Don't want to lift it but want it to look badass. I don't want it it rub and plan on towing boat every weekend.

That's all well and fine if you want to change wheels and/or tires. Just make sure the replacements are the same or very close to the stock total diameter which is 30.47". Your stock P245/75R16 are that.
