i have a miss fire on number 4 cylinder,can i drive truck like this? and i put a fuel injector
cleaner, will the injector unclogg itself, by driving it.

I would not drive the truck running on 3 out of 4 cylinders. The most common cause for a misfire is normally ignition related; meaning spark plugs, plug wires, distributor/coil/coil pack (depending on what your vehicle uses). I wouldn't rely on the injector cleaner to fix the problem. Even if an injector would be clogged, the cleaner is a band aid fix at best.

I thinks so you should go with 4 cylinders only and no need to used a fuel injector. moonstone rings
