is 1994 cressida mk2 similer (platform) to a chaser/cresta?
yes, the Cressida, Chaser, and Cresta were all built on the same chassis. The Cressida was Toyotas name plate for North America which they started selling in North America in 1977 and ended it in 1992. The Chaser and Cresta were generally sold, until early 2000's, in foreign markets such as Japan.
the MarkII is like the chaser... a non USDM name badge with a few different options and different facia from the Cressida. BTW it's just MarkII (pronounced "mark two") not cressida MKII (like the supras MKII, MKIII, MKIV)
