I have a 1992 toyota celica. The parking lights, headlights, and dashlights wont work. Ive checked all fuses and they are good. What can it be?

maybe the switch isnt working. I'd see if its getting power then do a continuity test through all functions.

Got a new switch in it. It fixed everything except for the low beams. And now the blue high beam indicator light in the dash doesnt work. Still no blown fuses. What could this be?
So it is constantly high beams or low is nothing and high is working?
if you can, check to see if the headlights are getting any voltage on low. -If there is voltage then your headlights are porbably burnt out on the low phase and replace the lights. -If there isnt voltage then you might have gotten a defective switch, i'd try to test the switch for continuity through it's functions to see which work and which dont to see if it is actually bad.
