Why does my 2021 PHEV engine shut off while I am driving it

It has happened three times, and the dealership saw nothing wrong. Has there
been a recall?

It is designed to do that. It will shut off to conserve power/fuel. There are aftermarket wiring harnesses that you can by to eliminate it stopping at rest.
