1994 Camry sputtered and died turns over won't start

1994 Camry auto 4 cylinder, US non Cali. Car
sputtered and died. Turns over, won't start. Getting
fuel, spark, & charge. Replaced the ECM, and
distributor.

Remove distributor cap. Have someone turn the key for just a second. See if the rotor is spinning. If not, you broke the timing belt. Reply back with findings........
