my 2007 toyota camry stutters when i place it in gear. i just had the car checked and they changed a spark plug why does it continue to do it
changed a spark plug? Why not all of them ? 4 or 6 whatever, if one corrected the problem for a while ,it may be a few others just as bad, I would gum-out the throttle plate for sure for starters
If you did have the plugs changed, you may have a bad purge valve solenoid in the EVAP system. This will cause poor idle and stuttering also. If your check engine light is on, take it to Autozone and get the codes read. If no check engine light on, clean your IAC valve. If no idea on how to go about it, go to Youtube and look up Idle Air Control valve cleaning. Lots of good videos.
