wheel jerking to right while driving not braking?

1997 nissan pickup 2 door xe  while driving it will jerk right or left seems to jerk more on the mountian roads.

Maybe a loose suspension part, loose lug nuts on the wheel, or the rack/power steering pump is giving you an issue. Have it looked at before you find yourself in a ditch on the side of the road.
